Team Tobati 21: March 2019 Service Trip to Tobati, Paraguay
Team Tobati's 2019 trip will be our 21st annual March service trip to Tobati, Paraguay. TT 21 will take place between March 10 - March 20, 2019. Students' statements of intent are due October 1. TT 21 will be made up of 80+ students, teachers, and alums traveling in one group on Copa Airlines. It is going to be an awesome experience for both our U.S. and Paraguayan students. TT 21 will work on several projects, including making structural improvements to Tobati schools, building gardens, medical outposts, and parks as well working in brick factories and farms throughout the 21 villages that make up the district of Tobati. We will partner with students and teachers from the Macchi School to work on each of these projects. Because we will be working alongside our Paraguayan partners and also participating in games and activities with them at night, we will form great relationships with Paraguayan students and also with our host families. Remember that your passport must not expire within 6 months of the day we enter Paraguay (March 10) in order for you be allowed entry into Paraguay.
