We are a passionate community of high school students, dedicated teachers, faculty, local medical professionals, and volunteers united by a simple yet powerful mission: lift up the people of Tobati, Paraguay while transforming ourselves through meaningful service. Our Three Pillars of Impact 1. Building Brighter Futures in Tobati We work hand-in-hand with the local community to raise the standard of living for families facing poverty. Through sustained support for education and healthcare, we help create opportunities where few existed before, from improving school facilities to delivering critical resources that change lives every single day. 2. Opening Eyes and Hearts Each March, our team spends eight to ten unforgettable days immersed in Tobati. We don’t just visit. We work and play alongside Paraguayan students confronting low wages, underemployment, malnutrition, limited healthcare, and educational barriers. This direct experience shatters assumptions, builds empathy, and creates lifelong global citizens who understand the realities of our interconnected world. 3. The Power of Action Through creative fundraising, donation drives, and on-the-ground service projects, every member discovers the profound pride and perspective that comes from making a tangible difference. We don’t just raise money. We build relationships, share skills, and prove that compassion in action creates ripples of hope. Our Proudest Achievement: The Macchi School Our crowning accomplishment is the Macchi School, a vibrant seventh through twelfth grade middle and high school serving bright, economically challenged students in Tobati. Built and 100 percent funded by Team Tobati, this school stands as a beacon of possibility.
