05:29 Hs. Arrival at Silvio Pettirossi’s Airport (Asuncion), 81 people flying from New York. (New York- Panama- Paraguay), via Copa, Flight #291
After getting visas in the airport (takes two hours) the team travels from Asuncion to Tobati (takes 90 minutes) where they will be distributed to their respective hosting families for a brief rest.
12:00 Hs. LUNCH at Assigned Locations
13:30 - 15:30 Hs. General meeting of the 2018 Team Tobati’s delegation at the Central Headquarters (main meeting point during the trip, also known as Mama Garcia’s House). From there, everyone goes to the Juan Carlos Garcia’s Sport Complex where there will be some integration games with the Macchi High School students. Likewise, the trip coordinator will give some instructions of the game plan for the rest of the trip.
15:30 - 17:00 Hs. 8 groups leave from the Sport Complex for their first activities.

19:30 Hs. General Meeting at the Central Headquarters to head out to the Macchi School for the Official Welcoming and Inauguration of the 2018 Team Tobati Activities! We are celebrating the 20th March Service Trip.

07:00 Hs. The delegation assembles at the Central Headquarters to go to the Macchi School to participate in the school’s formation (singing the US and Paraguay’s National Anthem)
All the groups will leave from the Macchi School to their respective work places.

11:30- 11:45, EVERYONE, after finishing their rehearsal, goes to the Villa Artesanal, where they can buy handmade souvenirs
12:00 - 14:50 Hs. LUNCH AND REST at assigned locations (this time can be used to get ready everything you need for the dance show).
