Team Tobati’s March 20–28, 2027 Service Learning Trip marks the next exciting chapter for our Los Angeles students as they journey to Tobati, Paraguay for a powerful week of service and cultural exchange.
This is more than a trip. It’s a life-changing adventure where Los Angeles students step out of their everyday world and into a vibrant community that will forever expand their hearts and minds. Working side-by-side with our Paraguayan partners at the Macchi School and across the 21 villages of Tobati, you’ll pour your energy into meaningful service projects that create real, lasting impact: improving school facilities, building community gardens, medical outposts, parks, and so much more.
You’ll live with warm host families, share daily life, laughter, and stories, and form deep friendships with Macchi School students and their families. Through hands-on collaboration — working, playing soccer, cooking traditional Paraguayan meals, dancing, and celebrating together — you’ll experience the true spirit of cultural exchange and human connection.
Every moment deepens your understanding of the world, strengthens your sense of purpose, and shows you firsthand the incredible power of compassion in action. You’ll return home with new confidence, lifelong friends, a broader global perspective, and the profound knowledge that you helped make a difference.
