Gaona-Mullen Scholarship Fund
A 2010 graduate of the Macchi School in Tobati, Paraguay, Ángel Gaona, along with his partner, Chris, established this scholarship fund to support the Macchi School's mission of providing educational opportunities in Paraguay and beyond. Because of the opportunities provided by the Macchi School, Ángel was able to pursue higher education at Mount St. Mary's University in the United States, followed by a successful career at the National Institutes of Health. Ángel lives in Washington D.C. with his partner Chris and their two French bulldogs, Bo and Charlotte. Please help support the Macchi School students in honor of Angel and Chris.
